first tooth fairy visit

Violet discovered on July 4th that she had a loose tooth. It finally fell out on Friday, July 19th. She was at daycare at the YMCA, and suddenly realized that it was gone. She didn't know how or when it fell out, so she was worried the Tooth Fairy wouldn't come since she didn't have the actual tooth. She was pretty excited though, and seemed surprised that it didn't hurt!

Despite not having the actual tooth, the Tooth Fairy still came during the night. Violet RAN into our room on Saturday morning, yelling that the Tooth Fairy had left an envelope under her pillow! In the envelope was a letter from the Tooth Fairy saying how proud she is that Violet is growing up, and is doing such a good job taking care of her teeth! And of course, there was some money too...the Tooth Fairy said in her letter that the first lost tooth is worth the most. Violet was thrilled!

Olivia doesn't have a loose tooth yet, and she doesn't seem to mind that at all!
